Unlock an PDF document with the right password or Using forgot password feature. It means removing password production from the PDF file.
How to do?
- Select the PDF file that needs to be unlocked.
- Enter the password and press Unlock PDF to remove password production from the file.
- If you forgot the password press forgot password and you’ll get a new button named Generate OTP.
- Press the Generate OTP button and wait for few seconds. You will see a field to fill OTP and a countdown timer to close the option.
- This forgot password option will be working only on the document locked using RECHU PDF. Unless use can’t use this feature.
- Enter the OTP you received on the mail and press unlock to get the document.
- Unlocked file is stored in the source location.
- Unlocked filename is added ‘_Unlocked’ with the source filename(For ex: Myfile is your PDF name output filename will be Myfile_Unlocked)
